The eController has proven to be the most revolutionary product the water treatment market has ever seen. Utilizing eServiceReport to connect to an eController provides instant real-time access to the Internet. Unlike traditional modem-to-modem communications, utilizing an eServiceReport connection eliminates both long distance phone calls and proprietary software and allows simultaneous multi-user access. It offers the ability to control and monitor cooling towers, boilers, and process water systems by using a standard web browser from any computer anywhere in the world. In addition, the eController delivers a range of new technology capabilities including user-friendly programming, multi-user access, and email notifications for datalogs, alarms, and system summaries.

The eController has many features not found on traditional controllers when paired with eServiceReport. Unlike most controllers that are memory-limited to 30 days or less of controller data, all eController data logged in eServiceReport is archived for an extended period of time. These tens of thousands of logged eController data points, in intervals ranging from 10 minutes to 24 hours, can be easily graphed within eServiceReport. For example, users can graph logged eController data against wet test data from eServiceReport. eServiceReport also allows instant access to the most recently logged eController data without the need to directly connect to the controller. The combination an eController and access to eServiceReport continues to be at the forefront of technology in the water treatment industry.
